Tulip Festival

The Wamego City Park
The Tulip Festival has over 100 art and craft booths along with a
wide variety of food vendors and live entertainment.

Every Spring

Every spring the Wamego City Park, as well as other green areas and many home gardens throughout town, come alive with the vibrant colors of over 18,000 tulips. Many of the bulbs for these bright, early spring flowers came from Holland and are the backdrop for the 3rd weekend in April festival.

Over 150 craft vendors!

 - Jewerly, purses, woodworking, floral, framed art, pottery, candles,  

   soap,clothing, puzzles, stained glass, baskets, hand woven rugs,

   copper art, salsa, dips, yard art, and more!

Food vendors and homemade ice cream!

Kid's bounce house inflatables, petting zoo and pony rides!

Entertainment in the bandstand both days!
